PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Take the Metro Taipei Tamsui-Xinyi Line and get off at Tamsui Station, take Bus 862, get off at stop North Coast National Scenic Area Administration, then you will reach the site by foot in about 12 minutes.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Parking lots are now available for reservation. Please proceed to "PARKING " to purchase. There are four public car parks nearby the venue as spaces are limited, we highly recommend using public transport.
- Baishawan Visitor Center Parking Lot 1 (59 Vehicles, 93 Scooters, 2 Disabled), a 10-minute walk to the venue
- Baishawan Visitor Center Parking Lot 2 (61 Vehicles, 1 Baby Car), a 5-minute walk to the venue
- Baishawan Visitor Center Parking (60 Vehicles, 80 Scooters, 2 Disabled), 15-minute walk to the venue
- Linshanbi Parking (29 Vehicles), 4-minute walk to the venue
During the festival, parking will be permitted on one side of the road (from Linshan Nose towards Provincial Highway No. 2) along the red line section of Baishawan Xia Yuan-keng Road . Failure to comply with the parking regulations may result in police enforcement and towing.
FAQs
- Ticket purchases and entry are prohibited for audiences under 18 years of age. You must present a government-issued photo ID at the entrance.
- Participants who purchased tickets via KKTIX or RA will be given a festival band at the door by showing their e-ticket with A QR code. Download the KKTIX app for easy access to your ticket QR code.
- Door ticket sales will go on 4/24 (Fri) at 13:00, and payment available in cash and credit card. Door tickets are $6,000 for all three days of the festival.
- Participants will be required to wear their festival bands throughout the event. You will need to re-purchase a ticket if the bracelet is lost.
- Single-day ticket holders must pay the required deposit on-site. Please review the rules carefully before purchasing.

Entry available from 13:00 on 4/24 (Fri). A deposit of 3,500 NTD must be paid at the entrance. The deposit will be refunded if the ticket holder exits by 07:30 on 4/25 (Sat). Deposits will not be refunded if the exit time is exceeded.
[Saturday Single-Day Ticket]
Entry available from 11:30 on 4/25 (Sat). A deposit of 1,400 NTD must be paid at the entrance. The deposit will be refunded if the ticket holder exits by 10:30 on 4/26 (Sun). Deposits will not be refunded if the exit time is exceeded.
[Sunday Single-Day Ticket]
Entry available from 12:30 on 4/26 (Sun). No deposit is required. The event concludes at 21:00.
Please note: Festival tickets DO NOT include camping passes and must be purchased separately. Entry to the festival is not permitted with a camping reservation alone.
- Entry from 4/24 (Fri) at 13:00, festival ends latest by 4/26 (Sun) at 22:00.
- Before 22:00 all camping equipment will be required to clear out.
- We do not provide any large garbage disposal. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Camping reservations are non-refundable and cannot be modified, including changes to dates or camping zones. Please review carefully before purchasing.
- Please note: Camping reservation does not include festival tickets. Please also book your festival ticket to enter the festival.
- Please provide a correct name, phone number, and email address when placing your order. After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. A camping check-in QR code will be sent to your email before the event.

- After entering the venue through ticket validation and security check, please proceed to the Camping Check-in Desk. Show your Camping QR Code to staff, who will guide you to your assigned campsite.
- Guests staying in Glamping are required to sign a check-in form and provide a TWD 3,000 deposit (cash or credit card).
The deposit will be refunded at check-out after the tent and equipment are inspected. - Camping Policy
- Vehicles are not allowed inside the camping area. The campground is about a 5-minute walk from the entrance. Bringing a cart for your gear is recommended.
- Campsites will be assigned by staff upon check-in. Please do not set up tents freely or choose your own spot. If you wish to camp next to friends, please check in together. Requests for reserved spots, specific locations, or changes on-site cannot be accommodated.
- Please inspect all items when checking in. If there are any issues, notify staff immediately. Damage or missing items discovered during check-out will be charged accordingly.
- Please remove shoes before entering “Glamping” tents to avoid damaging or staining the interior.

Pillow TWD 500 - Self-Camping sites measure 2m × 2m per space. Tents exceeding this size require additional spaces. The organizer reserves the right to refuse oversized setups without refund. Camping equipment rental is not available on-site.
- The venue provides 21 shared shower facilities across four locations, equipped with body wash, shampoo, and hair dryers.
- Any damage, loss, theft, or contamination of camping facilities or equipment will be charged at full cost.
- Disposable toiletries are not provided. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, etc.
- Each Glamping tent includes one power extension cord for phone charging only. High-power appliances such as hair dryers, induction cookers, heaters, rice cookers, ovens, or air conditioners are strictly prohibited. Any electrical damage caused by improper use will be charged accordingly.
- Self-Camping sites do not provide electricity. Please bring your own power banks, lights, or flashlights. Public outlets are for phone charging only. High-power appliances are not allowed.
- The organizer is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal camping equipment or valuables. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change event details if necessary.
There are 21 public shower and toilet facilities located in four areas on-site, all providing body wash, shampoo, and blow-dryers.
If our Glamping and campsites have all been sold out, we suggest looking within Shimen District and Sanzhi District, both areas are located a 10-15 minute drive away from the venue. There are also plenty of accommodation options in Tamsui District, approximately a 38-minute drive away.
We offer a variety of food stalls at the festival, both meat and vegetarian options available. Drink stands for coffee, juice, and alcohol are available for purchase. Bringing your own reusable food wares is most highly recommended.
We provide plenty of drinking water available on-site. Please bring your own water container. Glass containers are prohibited.
To ensure the cleanliness of our festival environment, we hope to limit the amount of trash produced and encourage trash separation. There will be various trash disposals set up within the venue, with sections for recyclables and non-recyclables.
Secret Beach is nearby to the Baishawan beach area, with the cliffside going beyond the activity grounds covered by Organik Festival. Please remain safe and refrain from climbing on dangerous terrain. We will be not responsible for any accidents that occur past the border of our venue.
For the complete experience of enjoyment and comfort of all participants at our festival, apart from our photography department staff, we prohibit drones and any other flash-related objects such as lasers, flashing lights, etc.
As animals have an acute sense of hearing, the volume of music at the venue may cause them to experience stress and anxiety. To prevent distressing your pets and possibly disturbing other participants, we recommend not bringing them to the festival.
Our lost and found items area will be located at the entrance service desk. If you should find any lost items, please bring them to our staff at the service desk. We will not be responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings. To prevent theft or damage, please carry your valuables with you.
At Organik Festival, we aim to provide a relaxing, comfortable environment to channel our passion for music and dancing. We advocate for freedom, openness, love, and acceptance. We welcome everyone into our space regardless of race, background, class, or gender. If anyone should exhibit any disrespect such as homophobia, discrimination, and problematic behavior, we reserve the right to restrain and remove violators from the festival grounds. If you witness or experience such expressions, please inform our ground staff or security guards immediately. We will take care of you.
Cooked food, instant noodles, and ready-to-eat meals (excluding small personal portions of dry snacks, bread, nuts, and fruits), all types of alcoholic beverages, drinks, water, illegal drugs, glass water bottles, all kinds of weapons and self-defense items (such as pepper spray), as well as high-power electronic devices (generators, electric kettles, hair dryers, induction cookers), gas stoves, camping stoves, and all kinds of cooking equipment are prohibited.
Open flames are not allowed, including fire pits, cassette stoves, torches, fireworks, firecrackers, candles, and any items that produce combustible flames.
We aim to ensure the safety and health of all of our participants. For those who need to bring prescriptions medication with them into the venue, please comply with our policies:
- At the security checkpoint, let our staff know about your health concerns and provide a copy of your prescription and an ID for verification.
- Store your prescription medication in its original packaging, inside the medicine bag printed with the hospital name and recipient information.
- Only the amount of medication within three days of worth is allowed.
- Unless necessary, tablets such as vitamins are prohibited.
For those who do not follow our policies above and attempt to hide their prescription medication, or withhold medication that our staff cannot verify as prescription, we reserve the right to confiscate them or deny entry.
We provide ambulance and professional healthcare available on-site. If you should experience any immediate situation, please ask for assistance at our medical station located inside the venue or ask any member of our staff nearest to you. For prescription medication usage, please follow our policies as stated above. We prohibit any form of illegal drug usage within the festival venue. Violators will be removed from the festival and handed over to the police.
